I have been in the tourism field for many years, long enough for me to become very aware of travelers' needs and requirements. My passion for tourism and travel influenced me to switch my career from Mechanical Engineering to tourism.
When I build an itinerary for my travelers, I picture the routes in my mind and see how things can go smoothly and what can be difficult for the travelers - enhancing the good things and smoothing sharp edges. I do my best always to make all trips aspects clear to my travelers so they do not need to worry about any last-minute surprises. It is a way of life for me - I enjoy helping people get the most out of what they paid for, and always ready and happy to go the extra mile to satisfy my guests. My aim always is to let all of my guests go back home, with an outstanding feeling of joy and satisfaction from their trips.

"Over 20 years ago, I took a pilgrimage trip to Jerusalem & Galilee. While it was an eye-opening experience from a religious and historical perspective, it was not a place that I would describe as particularly fun or edgy. But it is an overwhelming experience in all aspects. After that, I knew that I needed to go deeper into this field.

We had a great guide in Jordan. He was a true historian. Our driver was also super nice- The car was a bit tight but did not dampen our enthusiasm. We also had excellent guides in Istanbul and Cappadocia.
In retrospect our itinary was quite packed and our children were a bit tired of moving almost everyday.

I contacted KimKim late March 2023 regarding a dream trip we had hoped to take in 2020. We basically had to start planning from scratch. I loved the entire trip! We built a busy itinerary, but we ample time to experience everything with sufficient time. Im so glad and lucky to have had Ahmed as a driver! On this trip, my wife and I visited Amman (of course) Jerash, the Dead Sea, Petra, Wadi Rum and Aqaba.

The tour that Samir put together for our family of four (parents and two kids 9 and 11) was fabulous. Samir was very responsive when we had to change our travel dates because of flight changes. We recently did an 8 night tour of Jordan, visiting Amman, Dana Biosphere, Petra, Wadi Rum, Aqaba and the Dead Sea. Our honeymoon trip to Jordan was amazing. Having secured a great deal, Samir managed to book amazing hotels and created a wonderful programme in Jordan. Everything was great but I will mention 2 things. The driver on the first day booked me on a ‘boat tour with lunch and swimming and snorkelling’ out of Aqaba (I had told him that I would love to go snorkelling). It was a disaster, do not recommend again. I was the only one on the whole boat going in the water, there is no reason to snorkel as there is absolutely nothing to see…total waste of time!
